All orders are processed after payment is successfully completed.

Due to the nature of our limited drops and made-to-order production, orders may be processed in batches. Processing times may vary depending on demand and release volume.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.


2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the United States.


3. Delivery Timeframes

By placing an order with Subconcious Co, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Orders may take up to 90 days to be delivered from the date of purchase
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and demand
  • Delays may occur during high-volume drops, holidays, or due to external factors

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For international orders:

  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
  • Additional delays may occur outside of our control

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Taxes required by their country

These charges are not included in your order total.

Subconcious Co is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Subconcious Co is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability or fulfillment logistics.
